Servo press has become an important direction of the development of the press. Servo press use AC servo motor as the power source. It has the advantages of traditional mechanical press, such as high stiffness, high precision, high production efficienc y, at the same time, it has some characteristics which traditional mechanical press doesn't possess, like flexible, intelligent, wide adaptability and energy conservation.One of the main problems in the practical application of the servo press is how to get the precise operating parameters of the motor under a given set of process conditions. Based on this issue, this paper take the servo press as object of study, establish mathematic model of mechanism and motor, using Matlab to solve it, and obtain accurate running parameters of servo motor under condition of deep drawing. Results of this study provide a reference to precisely control the servo motor presses, has important practical value.Firstly, study and compare the slider displacement, velocity and torque of several typical structures of mechanical presses. From the comparative, four-bar structure shows good characteristics in each field. Mathematic model of four-bar structure is established.Secondly, the character of PMSM is deeply analyzed, and its ideal mathematical model on d-q rotating coordinate system is constructed. Because of using low-power synchronous motor as power of press, select id=0 as motor's control methods.Thirdly, depth study characteristics of slider motion in deep drawing process, then design a number of key point of slider motion position. C ubic spline interpolation is used to fit the slider displacement curve on Matlab, and the fitted curve should meet what deep drawing processing technology needs, what's more, meet the needs of the boundary conditions of periodic motion stamping.At last, the paper use Matlab to solve the established mathematic model under the conditions given the path curve and the load torque curve, and use id=0 as added control condition. By calculate, the study get the servo motor speed curve and response parameters, including the armature current and armature voltage on d-q coordinate system.
