| Heat finishing process is a very important process in paper making, textile, leather and other industries, which gives the final value to the products. Traditional heat methods for heat finishing machine includes steam heating, oil heating and electric heating, which often have disadvantages such as environmental unfriendly, low heating temperature and low heating efficiency. With the national energy-saving and emission reduction policies continue to promote, developing high energy utilization rate, environmentally friendly, stable and safe heat finishing machine is very necessary.A new induction heating method in heat finishing process of leather finishing was presented in the article, and the induction heating control system according to the requirements of the process for leather finishing was designed. The control system included hardware and software. The hardware includes the temperature detection and transmitter, electromagnetic induction heating system and PLCs; software included an input signal processing algorithm, controlling algorithm, communication mode. Siemens PLCs as industrial controllers were used in this project to precisely control the system temperature, distance and other parameters of the automatic system.Induction heat finishing system has been successfully applied to artificial leather process, and achieved good economic benefits. The heating machine with electromagnetic induction heating shows broad application prospect in relevant areas. |
