Yang Ling Demonstration Zone Of Industrial Wastewater Monitoring And Evaluation

The industrial wastewater of pH, SS, CODcr, BOD5, volatile phenol, HCHO and NH4-Nin Yangling Demonstration Zone were determined by field sampling, investigation andlaboratory analysis method to explore the effect of the same company, the same industry,different industries, and to find the major pollutants and a major source of pollution in thisarea. The main results showed that:1The industrial wastewater of Shaanxi Zhongxing Forest Products Technology Co., Ltdconforms to the standard, and the composite pollution index was in the non-polluting levels.2The composite pollution index of the industrial wastewater of Chemical Factory ofNorthwest Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shaanxi Haoqi JunPharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was in light pollution levels. The other companies are in the level ofnon-pollution.3The composite pollution index of the industrial wastewater of Plank class, foodprocessing, fertilizer factory, Petroleum Processing and Beverage Manufacturing was in thelevel of non-pollution. The composite pollution index of the industrial wastewater ofpharmaceutical was in light pollution level.4According to the forth kind standards of GB3838-2002, the major source of pollutionof the Weihe River of Yangling was Shaanxi Zhongxing Forest Products Technology Co., Ltdand Shaanxi Yangling Huiyuan food and Beverage Co., Ltd. The main pollutants are volatilephenol, BOD5and CODcr.5The main pollutant of Shaanxi Zhongxing Forest Products Technology Co., Ltd wasvolatile phenol. The main pollutant of Chemical northwest Plant Research Institute ofChinese Academy of Sciences factory was BOD5. The main pollutant of Yang Lingdong CMaddison Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. was BOD5. The main pollutant of Shaanxi Wanshengmeat processing Co., Ltd. was oil. The main pollutant of Shaanxi Yangling Fu Oil Co. Ltd.was BOD5. The main pollutants of Shaanxi Yangling Huiyuan food and Beverage Co., Ltdwere oil and BOD5.6Comprehensive assessment of Wei Yang ling period of pollution sources revealed thatPlank class and food processing were leading industries to effect the quality of surface water environment in the region.
