Pharmaceutical industry is one of the industries which develop very fast, pharmaceutical wastewater thus turn to be one of major pollution sources, treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater consequently has become an important research field at home and abroad.Taking Wuhan biochemical pharmaceutical factory for example, this thesis takes its technical renovation engineering of wastewater treatment as the study subject, and refers to a great deal of examples and applications of new technique in the field of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment, it analyzes the reasons why effluent of the old wastewater treatment process is unqualified on the principle of making the best of existing sewage treatment facilities, comprehensive consideration and local conditions. This technical renovation engineering is successful, it makes the effluent meet water quality standards for class A, so it lays a good foundation for improving the economic efficiency of enterprises and social benefits.This thesis takes Wuhan biochemical pharmaceutical factory for example, discusses the correlation between influencing factors and pollution removal rate by statistics and analysis of monitoring data. The results show that there is obvious linear relationship between temperature and the removal rate of SS and TP reflux ratio and CODcr removal rate. Therefore these linear relationships can be applied to wastewater treatment, and conduct the operation and management of sewage treatment plant in Wuhan biochemical pharmaceutical factory.
