The outside the furnace hot metal desulfurization technology is theimportant technology of smelting high quality steel. The desulfurization ability ofmagnesium desulfurization agent is stronger, high purity, and high clean steelproducts which can be got with magnesium desulfurization. The preparation ofmagnesium process cost is high, preparation process is complicated, andmagnesium utilization efficiency is very low in magnesium desulfurizationprocess.This topic combines the vacuum carbon thermal method and magnesiumbased desulfurization of desulfurization technology, metal magnesium steamdeoxidized from magnesite, prepare magnesium metal without condensation, anduse generated magnesium steam to do the desulphurization directly, which is thenew desulfurization technology: replace the existing magnesiteâ†'metalmagnesiumâ†'passivated magnesium grainâ†'pretreatment of hot metaldesulphurization, to achieve the purpose of simplifying the production processand reduce the energy consumption and the production cost.This topic is the basic theory research of magnesite desulfurization agent,mainly for thermodynamic calculation and dynamics research. Aimed at themetallurgical physical chemistry, whose basic research of the magnesitedesulfurization agent directly deoxidize out metal magnesium, in the condition ofthe molten iron pretreatment, the new desulfurization agent direct reduction outmetal magnesium thermodynamics and dynamics is researched. The researchcalculate the heating agent dosage ratio, design three kinds of experiment scheme,use four different heating rate, collect the response data through the thermaldifferential instrument, draw mapping, analysis reaction conditions, andinfluence factors and reaction kinetic process. Through the data sorting and usingthe software, calculate reaction activation energy and reaction series.
