In a industrial era, due to the complexity of modern technology and the variability of environment, in order to make the project effective, project management is widely used in the construction of modern industrial enterprises. It is based on a specific target in order to develop a number of goals which is a general name related to work within a certain time. It is order to achieve a process management. If SD Petrochemical Co., Ltd. ensures the smooth progress of the project up to production, it depends on the advanced management theory as a guide. Risk management control is an important part of project management, which is one of the progresses of the project implementation and effective control to successfully achieve targets, which is the central task of project management.This paper introduces the development process about project risk management of domestic and foreign equipment installment, expounds the concept of risk and risk management, nature and installment project risk management principles and processes. According to risk identification, risk assessment risk response and monitoring of risk management system, this paper introduced the shipbuilding project risk identification and identify some of the methods summarized in various stages of real estate projects of all possible risk factors. This construction project is the research object, the system analyzed in the production preparation, berth construction, equipment installation, commissioning and operation of decency installation and testing and delivery phases of the risk factors of the ship.This paper under various stages of development of equipment installation possible risks with different standards develops risk identification table. And it uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate risk., takes the use of sensitivity analysis and breakeven analysis of risk factors, which is an important risk. In the identification and assessment of the risks, how to control and risk management is particularly important. Therefore, graphical analysis applied to select the best response strategy can reduce and control losses, with the best measures to deal with risks. In addition the implementation of risk control for risk management in the equipment installation project to get new information.
