With the continuous development of China's economy,energy demand is growing in China.In front of the increasingly nervous energy,the traditional thermal technology equipment revealed obvious shortcomings.Such as low energy efficiency,for this reason,a large amount of waste generated by it is hard to be totally innocent treatment.In 2006,Baosteel has signed with the Shanghai government during the "eleventh five" complete hard target of ten thousand yuan output value of energy consumption fell by 40%.Baosteel industrial furnace thermal equipment areas shoulders the arduous task of at the same time also has the great potential of energy saving and emission reduction.Energy conservation,environmental protection and environmental management are the focus on the development in Baosteel.At present,most of the current domestic steel mills mainly adopts thermal technology equipment for the similar type,but Baosteel have been conducting research innovation and improvement.Baosteel's core competence in the field of industrial furnace thermal technology equipment professional after a long time of accumulation,has formed a certain advantage.In order to further enhance the construction of the supporting steel business core competence,accelerate the Baosteel in the relevant industrial development in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection,environment management,Baosteel is an urgent need to build a experimental platform in the factory for studying the related field.In this thesis,the thermal technology equipment experiment center technical renovation project from planning to implementation of the entire process has been mainly introduced.Used the relevant theory of project risk management,combined with the characteristics of technical renovation project engineering construction and field conditions and identified the possible risk factors in the project according to the risk identification,risk assessment,risk response to risk management.During the study,application of the expert scoring method and risk graph method to engineering project risk in the construction period,quality,safety and environmental factors in the qualitative and quantitative evaluation.According to these major risk factors,the corresponding countermeasures had been performed.Thus,the experiment center of risks in technological upgrading projects has been controlled within the scope of the security.Finally,the project smooth implementation.
