Research On The Cleaner Production Audit Method Of The Thermal Power Industry

This thesis tries to analyze and summarize current situation of thermalpower industry development and cleaner production audit home and aborad,pointing out the existing problems and deficiencies of cleaner production audit methods in our country, then puts forward a proper cleaner production audit method of thermal power industry by improving the traditional methodat the particular case of industry characteristic.(1) Reduce the influence of subjective factors of audit process andsimplify the complex problems by applying math method to the audit process.Determine the audit focus by analytic hierarchy process method in thepre-evaluation stage. In analysis of energy consumption in evaluationsection, E-P Method will be used to make further analysis on companyproduct comsumptions on the base of applying energy balanceanalysis,aiming at tapping the potential of cleaner production.In the projectimplementation stage,CUSUM method will be used to make comsuptionanalysis to find the effects of implementation of the project,which is helpfulto the energy management of high energy comsumption company.(2)This thesis introduces how to use analytic hierarchy process todetermine the audit focus and use E-P method and CUSUM method toanalyze the present situation of energy efficience by taking a nationalthermal power plant as an example. Analytic hierarchy process overcomesthe disadvantage of weighted ranking method, scoring method and votingmethod.Analysis the efficiency of energy utilization via E-P method andCUSUM method. Analysis the energy consumption and product data of thecompany this4years and compare with the E-P method to acquire the controllevel of energy efficiency of the company. Combined with field investigationand analysis the reasons,use CUSUM method to control the changes ofenergy usage efficiency.Example shows that E-P method can be used toanalysis the energy control of company and the CUSUM method can be usedto analysis the energy efficiency usage level conveniently. By use the cleancleaner production audit method of this thesis into audit work, we can gain apparently environmental and economic efficiency,moreover the confindenceof the company to do continue cleaner production has devoleped.Research ofthermal power industry cleaner production audit method provides referencefor the audit and has a better audit effect.Also the research has a goodenergy-saving emission and reduction effect,which can be learned by thecleaner production audit in other industry.
