Application Research Of Cleaner Production Audit Technology In Puguang Gas Field

In this paper,the author introduced the clean production auditing at home and abroad and the Puguang Gas Field,pointed out the shortcomings in the audit of the clean production of the Puguang Gas Field,supplemented the general cleaner production audit method according to the characteristics of the Puguang Gas Field,proposed the cleaner production audit method.Through the introduction of the production process,the main production and pollution sources and source analysis of the Puguang Gas Field,the paper analyzes in detail the audit methods in the pre-audit phase,the audit phase and the program implementation stage,and improves and innovates the audit methods.Taking Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant as an example,the paper analyzes its energy efficiency,finds out the reasons and the causes of energy waste,puts forward energy saving technological transformation measures and verifies the energy efficiency analysis method.Through the research on the application of cleaner production auditing technology in Puguang Gas Field,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the audit focus;the relative production method of energy consumption is used to set the goal of cleaner production and the cumulative sum method is used to analyze the enterprise's energy efficiency;the identification of energy waste and energy inefficiency Part of the proposed energy efficiency goals.According to the specific conditions of Puguang Gas Field,a set of index system of cleaner production evaluation is established to evaluate the status of cleaner production in Puguang Gasfield,guide the selection of appropriate cleaner production technology in Puguang Gasfield,improve the management system of cleaner production and promote the smooth implementation of cleaner production,To achieve the ultimate goal of sustainable development of the Puguang Gas Field.
