| As a major coal mine production country, China consumed most of mine that allother country in the word. With the increasing demand for energy, coal mining capacityhas been rising. More and more miner got injured even killed in the mining accidents sothe security issues becoming increasingly prominent. Due to the complexity of thestructure of underground rock people can not avoid mine accident completely. Thereforethe establishment of coal mine refuge, to ensure the safety of the miner`s life during themine accident, is particularly important.This paper introduces a moveable mine refuge that was assembled by numbers ofessential part. The solid model of mine refuge was established by using SolidWorks aking of mechanical design software. With the applying finite element analysis software,focusing on load respond of structural systems of mine refuge, including static loadanalysis and dynamic load analysis.In static analysis, we calculated the overall mechanical properties by applyingpressure on the surface of mine refuge. The mechanical performance of mine refuge canbe greatly improved after the honeycomb structures was applied in the mine refuge. Themaximum displacement and equivalent stress was reduced approximately20%, in thesame load condition.In dynamic analysis, the blast wave was substituted by the pressure that changedwith time. We define the pressure by using a pressure—time curve. In two differentimpact loads, the mine refuge could meet the strength requirements. The impact loadcreated large displacement and equivalent stress in the middle of front and side wall ofmine refuge. This result consistent with relevant references and experimental results. |
