Currently, in China coal industry often happen mine disasters, causing many casualties. In order to reduce the casualties of mine personnel, using removable coalmine mobile refuge chamber as underground evacuation equipment is very necessary and effective. Due to the few studies for removable coalmine mobile refuge chamber, especially in the cabin structural strength analysis and cabin thermal analysis are lack of researches and evidences. But Safety Supervision Bureau and relevant departments for the structural strength of mobile refuge chamber has the strict stipulation, requirements must be carried out finite element structure strength analysis. So the study of removable coalmine mobile refuge chamber, design improvement and structure strength analysis are very urgent and necessary.Firstly, this paper will study existing portable removable coalmine mobile refuge chamber, through theoretical analysis about its appearance, whole structure and strength, conclude existing shortcomings and the insufficiency of the capsule, and aiming at these problems in structure design improvement. Respectively for best hull shape, the circular, rectangular and arched three different cross section shape of the capsule of the spacecraft were detailed parameter calculation and structure design, provides the foundation and basis for the structure strength analysis.Secondly, to explore more convenient, quick and effective finite element method, for saving the cost of capsule structure strength analysis. This paper attempts to explore capsule gas coal-dust explosion relationship between transient and static analysis, seek both on stress and displacement of proportional relationship, to explore with static analysis instead of the transient analysis method. Therefore, for the related personnel structure strength of refuge chamber, from static analysis results derived from the transient results.Once more, be based on capsule gas coal-dust explosion relationship between transient and static analysis, in order to test whether the rescue capsule designed to meet the requirements of the state structure refuge chamber strength.Through SolidWorks software to establish three different cross section shape of capsule of the3D model. And carry on the analysis to the static strength of structure, get stress cloud chart.safety factor cloud chart and displacement cloud chart, Through compare the differences between the three, can be directly drawn circular, rectangular and arched cross section shape of the refuge chamber differences in the structural strength, in combination with other factors to select the best refuge chamber shape.In summary, the paper is about coalmine mobile refuge chamber of the structural design, improvement and strength analysis. For coalmine mobile refuge chamber in shape, overall structure design, structure strength analysis and thermal analysis. It has certain guiding significance, believing that providing certain reference for relevant staff in coalmine mobile refuge chamber research workers.
