Well service hoist is the key equipment of workover treatment when the oil well When the oil cut orstop production because of oilfield produced fluid channel to establish technical requirements and thecompletion of oil wells or gas failure. This paper introduces the technology status and development trend ofWell service hoist of domestic and foreign. SG5250TXJ workover rig is the production of ShengliOilfield Freet Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd,For the requirment of Shengli Petroleum Administrationshould Linpan oil extraction plant (formerly Pro disk operating team),we determined the transformationprogram of its transmission system. The program is: we choosed BY350torque converter as thereplacement of WG180transmission to re-design a transfer case and change the entire drivetrain,thoroughly to improve the performance of the vehicle, meet requirment of the users. Following thetransformation plan, we designed the specific structure of the transfer case,its important parts weredesigned and vertified, we analysised the structure of whole transfer case, including its interferenceanalysis and finite element strength calculation. The designed transfer case was tested that its structure wasrationality and its perfomance was reliable through the examination in Linpan oil extraction plant, wechieved our anticipation of technical reconstruction.
