Design And Research Of Community Waste Classification Service System Based On Service Design Theory

As an important part of waste source management,waste classification not only has outstanding contributions in urban environmental protection,but also helps to explore the remaining economic value of recyclable waste.In the 1990s,China proposed to classify waste,but it has not achieved remarkable results.Until July 1,2019,the "Regulations on the Management of Domestic Waste in Shanghai" officially began to implement,and Shanghai entered the era of mandatory garbage classification.In recent years,along with the rise of Internet technology,a new model of "Internet+community garbage classification",has emerged.From the perspective of users,a combination of hardware and software is provided to provide users with a paid garbage sorting and recycling service.Guided by the service design theory,the article conducts research on the existing garbage classification service system and its target users in the community,and explores the service design strategy of the community waste classification service system.The article firstly combs the relevant theories and methods of service design,and summarizes the existing community waste classification system.Through a series of interviews and surveys,a large number of first-hand materials are obtained,and related service scenarios and users in specific scenarios are constructed.Role model,analyze the real needs of users;under the guidance of service design methods and principles,research on target users,service processes and touch points in community waste sorting service system,draw service blueprints and propose the design of community waste sorting service system Strategy;Finally,the feasibility of the proposed strategy is verified by the design practice of "easy classification"community waste classification service system combined with hardware and software.At the same time,the theoretical research on the design of community waste sorting service system will also provide a reference model for the design and research of relevant community service products and service systems in the future.
