Design And Research Of Pet Life Service APP Based On Service Design Thinking

With the rapid improvement of people's material living standards,the function of keeping pets has also changed from a traditional housekeeping home to a spiritual sustenance.Therefore,the pet industry has expanded from a single pet to a pet life service,and pets are gradually in the family.And the social composition played an irreplaceable role.More and more people with love,responsibility and stable income have joined the ranks of the pets,and the pet service industry has become a key direction for the development of the pet industry.From the perspective of service design,this paper is based on the current life situation of domestic pet owners,taking pet life service process optimization as the research object,using service design thinking methods and tools to conduct a comprehensive research on pet life service process.The design concept is integrated into the interaction layer,structure layer,visual layer and product layer of the pet APP design to explore the potential needs of users and realize the value of the user service experience.Firstly,the paper analyzes the research background and existing problems of pet market,and points out the necessity of service design to guide the design of pet life service APP.Secondly,it expounds the basic theory and research method of service design,and discusses the difference between service design and user experience.Then,the pet service industry was analyzed in detail,and the factors affecting the user service experience were summarized.By clearing the process and elements of the service design,the user service experience before,during and after the service process was sorted out,and the design was summarized.Principles and key points;Finally,the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by the design example of pet APP,and the development and theoretical system of APP design under service design thinking is improved.Figure 65,table 4,reference 60.
