Heat setting machine exhaust gas with high temperature (170℃) and impurities (fibers,dust,organic auxiliaries), oil content, the characteristics of direct emissions not onlyseriously pollute the environment,also pose a threat to human health.In addition,printing anddyeing is energy-intensive industries,a large amount of waste heat in exhaust gas loss, didnot consider flue gas waste heat recycling, caused great waste of energy. Therefore,theheat setting machine exhaust gas pollution problem has aroused people’s attentionincreasingly.This paper introduces the setting machine exhaust gas produced by the process, reviewof the current commonly used purification treatment technology of mechanical purification,filtration adsorption, spray method, electrostatic dust removal method,the advantages anddisadvantages of combustion technology.According to the high exhaust temperature,impurityand oil content is big, easy to cause the characteristics of the stench,we put forward a set ofexhaust gas heat energy recycling and new craft purification treatment system,namely,thegeneration of simulated flue gas, self-cleaning air/water heat pipe heat exchanger,new typeelectrostatic dust removal filter,ramie,in order to solve the problem of waste gas pollutionand waste of thermal energy,and theoretically demonstrates the feasibility of the systemprocess.Through,self-cleaning air/water heat pipe heat exchanger of waste heat recoveryeffect,can reduce the waste heat,reduce the temperature of heat setting machine exhaust gasthrough electrostatic dust removal and ramie double purification filter processing, tothoroughly purify the waste gas,eliminate the influence of exhaust gas stench and achievegood environmental benefits. Rising heat setting machine oil waste gas pollution problem of has aroused people’sattention,but there is no unified standard for testing,combined with related literature less testmethod.Due to the generation of heat setting machine oil gas like eating lampblack,so the testmethods and standards by the state in2001,the main reference "diet soot emission standard(trial)"(GB18483-2001),metal cartridge is absorbed,use infrared spectrophotometric methodfor detection of lampblack of content in the exhaust gas.In addition,the method used fordetermination of oil material and weight method,UV spectrophotometry.This experiment project using n-hexane-ultraviolet spectrophotometric methoddetermination of the concentration of exhaust gas heat setting machine lampblack, through alarge number of experiment it is concluded that in a certain period of time (1hour),electrostatic smoke exhaust average removal efficiency can reach89.7%,ramie filteringaverage removal efficiency can reach55.2%,the average removal efficiency of the soot wastegas purification system can to95.4%.Waste gas waste heat recovery at the same time beforethe average temperature of169.4℃,the average temperature drop after heat recovery is56.7℃,ramie temperature for44℃after filtering,the calculation of heat recovery efficiencyreaches20.2%.Analysis of the principle of waste heat recovery efficiency is low,andtheoretically puts forward Suggestions for the optimization experiment results....
