During the food production process,the repeating heating and cooling of materials would cause serious energy waste and heat pollution.The key direction of realizing energy saving and emission reduction in this industry is to realize low temperature waste heat recovery and high efficiency recovery in production process.This paper proposed a wasted heat recovery system of pasteurization based on electric compression heat pump,starting from the study on electric compression heat pump and pasteurization process,carried out further research on the construction of new system.1)This paper analyzed the characteristics of the energy use of the pasteurization link in the food industry,then compared the existing industrial waste heat recovery technology,and put forward the technical direction of wasted heat recovery in pasteurization process by using the compression heat pump.2)Analyzed the working principle and working situation of the electric compression heat pump and studied on the advantages of the application of the heat pump in pasteurization.On one hand,the machine for two utilization is realized and the cooling and heating demand for pasteurization is met.One the other hand,the organic combination of the non-standardized heat pump equipment and the pasteurized production process can be integrated.3)Proposed the direct and indirect processes for wasted heat recovery system of pasteurization.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the indirect system has the least impact on the production process and the least investment,but the economy is more direct than the direct system.The pasteurizer is slightly worse.4)Taking Lu Xue ice cream production process as the object of this study to carry out targeted engineering practice research.The results of theoretical research of this paper is used to guide the formulating of new system integration.Besides,the energy efficiency,technical and economic performance of the targeted system was demonstrated.The results showed that the new system presented in this paper had significant advantages in application value.
