The pace of time entered in twenty-first Century, the elements of color is moreand more widely used in people’s daily clothing, food, live, row, its effect is moreand more attention by the people. Color can not only decorate the people’s life, but italso can spread and beautiful element, color designers constitute the world of a riotof colours through different color combinations. Single use of color in the clothingof different colors, to wear different temperament and style, and is also one of theimportant means for people to express emotion, the pursuit of personality.In our country, with the number of college students increases year by year thisgroup has become one of the most important groups can influence and changesociety. Especially in the contemporary female college students, their pursuit ofindividuality, change of color, fashion, to maintain a high level of sensitivity and theability to accept new things, so when the color changes, they will be the first timethe use and performance.This article through the questionnaire survey of Xi’an university femalestudents dress color, use market research, data analysis, graphics methods such asexample, through a large number of data collection and collation, concludes theXi’an of female college students with higher cultural level, distinct personality,independent aesthetic values and unique social groups, with the dress color differentfrom other social groups. Influence of seasonal factors on their clothing colorbrightness maximum; Xi’an temperate continental climate and the history of theancient city of culture to reduce their clothing color purity; epidemic informationdissemination, female students more close to fashion, personalized performance inthe survey also reflected, but the use of color have convergence, but also the lack ofprofessional guidance. Female college students are in the transition period of adolescence andpsychological physiology, coupled with the University before living habits, growthareas and of different cultural background, for clothing color selection is influencedby various factors, however, they also due to physiological, age, identity andeducation experience similar, especially the University in Xi’an, effect of in the samegeographical environment and climate change, for the clothing color choices areexhibiting homoplasy and epidemic. Xi’an as China’s third major education base,college students about330000, of which about150000of female college students,female students dress color selection of physiological and psychological andenvironmental factors, a product design, for the clothing brand marketing is of greatvalue, can also according to the misunderstanding of the dress color of femalecollege students and issues related to guidelines.
