After doing the reduction of NOxin utility boilers, the denitration in industrialboilers has been on the agenda.Currently, there are less research on denitrationtechnology of small capacity boilers in domestic and there are many technicalproblems in transplanting denitration technology of utility boilers simply. So, thedenitration can’t be done blindly.It is important to consider the comprehensiveevaluation of different denitration projects and put forward the optimal denitrationproject.In this paper, SCR and advanced reburning technology were evaluation objectsbecause of the high denitration rate,which were analysed contrastly from threeaspects of environment, technology and economy. Economic models of economicindicators which were about the capacity and the denitration rate were establishedand the concept of annual subsidy per unit area of supply of heat in denitration wereintroduced, which got the minimum annual subsidy per unit area of supply of heatin denitration of different capacities from7MW to174MW.Considering thedifferences of denitration ability of different capacity, this article evaluated thedenitration of17.5MW、58MW、174MW by the method of multistage fuzzycomprehensive evaluation,established a three-level evaluation system of thedenitration, and applied triangular fuzzy AHP in the evaluation of denitration in thefield of industrial boilers.Through the analysis of environment, technology, economy, we could get thatSCR has significant advantages in environmental assessment and more advantagesin technology Within the capacity of7~35MW. Within the scope of the capacity of35~174MW, advanced reburning technology has more advantages and is moreeconomic than SCR technology. The larger of the capacity of boiler and the higherof the denitration efficiency, then the government need to give less subsidies.Basedon the comprehensive evaluation of58MW,17.5MW and174MW, we got that theadvanced reburning denitration technology is more suitable for denitration inindustrial boilers.The conclusion of this paper has important guiding significance on developingthe denitration in industrial boilers in four aspects of the choice of denitration technology, the range of capacity, the range of denitration rate and the policy ofsubsidy, which makes for reducing the lose of denitration blindly.
