Nitrogen oxide (NOx). endangering ambient air seriously, has been paied more and more attention by people. The emission source of NOx mainly comes from thermal power industry. Along with our country’s more and more strict to control of NOx and the implementation of the new NOx emission standards, thermal power industry NOx emissions is no time to delay. At present, the coal-fired power plant flue gas denitration technology mainly include catalytic reduction(SCR), selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR)and joint denitration technology (SNCR-SCR).Coal-fired power plants selecting flue gas denitration technology, should not only consider the denitration efficiency, but also consider economic factors such as cost, therefore.How to scientifically and reasonable choose a denitration technology by own situation is a topic worth studying.Through collecting engineering data, this paper from the technical, economic and environment three aspects set up a coal power plant flue gas denitration technology economy comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model. The Evaluation model is feasible by verified with 660MW coal-fired power plants. The reconstruction of a thermal power plant flue gas denitration in Xi ’an as the research object, this paper give out an option ofthe flue gas denitration technology.This study got the following results:(1) On the basis of comprehensive analysis of relevant data, discussed the domestic and overseas Progress of coal-fired power plant flue gas denitration technology economic research.Through this paper introduced the technical performance of denitration technologies. From the aspects of technical, economic and environmental anevaluation, analyzed the main influencing factors of the flue gas denitration technologies.(2) According to the main influencing factors of denitration process, from the aspects of technology, economy and environment, based on the evaluation index system of coal-fired power plant flue gas denitration technology. The evaluation index system including a total of about 15.And determined the weighing values of indicators by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).(3) Built a coal-fired power plant flue gas denitration fuzzy comprehensive technical and economic evaluation model. Model mathematically expressed options of flue gas denitration technology directly by numbers.(4) With the new 660 MW coal-fired power plant flue gas denitration project as an example of the model is verified. Evaluation results for SCR> SNCR-SCR>SNCR, the coal-fired power plant nox control technology policy(draft) formulation explanations are given priority. That model has feasibility and reasonable.(5) Tade a coal-fired power plant of Xi ’aan for example, the evaluation model gave the best selection of the coal-fired power plant flue gas denitration engineering technologires.
