Hydrazine hydrate is a very important chemical products.It is widely applied in medicine,water treatment and space flight and so on.Ketazine process attracted wide attention in the world,as a high productivity and low energy advanced method for producing hydrazine hydrate.But the production technology is monopolized by several companies.It is meaningful to study on production of reactive distillation via methyl ethyl azine hydrolysisThe liquid-liquid equilibrium data of ternary system of methyl ethyl azine-butanone-water at293.15K,303.15K and313.15K is measured at the atmospheric pressure with an liquid-liquid equilibrium still.The result show that the mushy zone become wider with the temperature increasing.The experimental data were correlated by the activity coefficient models of NRTL(α=0.3) and UNIQUAC with satisfactory result The RMSD between calculated and experimental data is less than0.0149.It can provide base data for industry design and three-phase distillation simulation.The process of preparing hydrazine hydrate by hydrolyzing methyl ethyl azine under high pressure and high temperature was studied.Some influencing factors such as the molar ratio of methyl ethyl azine to water,reaction temperature and time were studied.The optimum conditions of the hydrolysis were obtained by orthogonal methods.The intrinsic kinetics of non-catalytic reaction of methyl ethyl ketone is studied and the reversible nonlinear equation of433.15K to463.15K is abtained with the least squares method.It can provide the basic data for design calculation and simulation optimization of preparing hydrazine hydrate.The process of producing hydrazine hydrate by methy ethyl azine hydrolysis is simulated,and the NTRL equation、RadFrac module and the sefl-measured dynamics parameters was applied using chemical process simulative software The influencing factors such as the feed position,the number of theoretical plates and the feed ratio were studied.the optimum operating condition is obtained:the number of theoretical plates is25,feed stage is4.,the molar ratio of methyl ethyl azine to water is1to7.Under this conditions,the hydrolysis rate of methyl ethyl azine can be over99%,the concentration of hydrazine hydrate in column bottom can reach39.9%...
