Cotton workshop dust containing fibers, cotton, dust, etc., the larger the particle sizedifference of a few millimeters and tens of millimeters fly fluff fibers, mainly in the fine dust5μm or smaller, most of the dust generated in the feed the harvesting process, or mixed inthe fiber transport and storage. Such a long period of working environment, endangering notonly the respiratory tract, eyes and other organs, the lungs will increase the deposition of dust, increasing the likelihood of patients with cardiovascular disease and other related diseases;particles into the body, the particle size is to determine the final position thereof importantfactors, some only stay in the nasal cavity, while others entered into the respiratory tract, bronchial or blood circulation. Therefore, we need to understand the movement of dust anddistribution, according to the correlation between theory and practice analysis, the properresponse to treatment, maintaining a favorable environment for production workers. At the same time, with the improvement of people’s quality of life, environmentalawareness is gradually increased. Theoretical and experimental dust in the air is conductedextensive studies. This article describes the actual textile spinning workshop, under thepremise of the existing air conditioning system, the distribution of dust in the workshop wassimulated. Numerical results show that when the spinning dust content of less than80mg/swhen the air conditioning system is running the workshop can meet the requirements of cleanproduction; walking when spinning dust removal equipment to work, dust shall not exceedthe amount of each machine100mg/s. If the spinning dust exceeds this limit, the result canbe considered a reasonable distribution of dust removal device according to simulate theinstallation of local concentration. According to the simulation results, the amount of dustfound scattered dust and airflow dust concentrations exceeding or not the organization is themain reason. For practical reasons the project has not been carried out on-site measurementand verification, but this paper mill dust concentration in the work area to detect a set of engineering methods can provide a simulation for different plant layout and ventilationcombination of both, testing and verification to obtain the optimal solution works.
