Bamboo fiber was natural renewable resources. The product is biodegradable afterit is used, according with the popular concept of green environmental protection. Thebamboo fiber is also one kind of textile material which has the broad prospects.Bamboo fiber has some advantages of moisture absorption and air permeability,permeability, natural and healthy, antibacterial and green environmental protection.But the bamboo fiber’s strength is low, anti-wrinkle insurance type sexual is worse.This topic make bamboo fiber and polyester filament composited, this mean can makefull use of synthetic fiber high strength, wear anti-wrinkle characteristics, making thefabric property and wash and wear resistance to improve, At the same time, it also canimprove the strength of the fabric and wet absorption.This subject adopted polyester filament, nature bamboo yarn, bamboo pulp yarn asraw materials, respectively putted polyester and nature bamboo yarn or bamboo pulpyarn on the RF321E-225type double twisting machine combination twist. After therepeated experiment and comprehensive evaluation of the spinning liner’s breakingstrength, breaking elongation, hairiness, twist CV and irregularity of the single yarn,the best combination yarns twist were determined. The performance test results ofPolyester and bamboo yarn combination showed that after Polyester filament joined,the combination yarn’s strength enhanced obviously, elastic become better, thecombination yarn feels soft; the yarn hairiness has some certain improvement and theyarn unevenness is better. The combination yarns which were spun in the experimentbasically reach the requirement of computer weaving.This paper adopted the polyester/nature bamboo cross and twist yarn,polyester/bamboo pulp cross and twist yarn, nature bamboo thread, bamboo pulpthread, polyester bamboo core-spun yarn (core yarn was33.3dtex) and polyesterbamboo core-spun yarn (core yarn was55.6dtex) six kinds of yarn, weaving fourorganizations (plain,2/1twill,2/2twill and composite twill), amounting to24kinds offabrics. Determine the fabrics on key parameters, fabric specification and weavingprocess. The test data analysis showed that the fabric shrinkage, glossiness, coresuction height, wear resistance, wrinkle resistance performance, firm soft performance,moisture permeability and permeability and combination yarn had certain regularity. Through the analysis had some deviation, polyester and bamboo combination yarnbecause polyester filament joined can significantly improved the fabric performance,mainly meeting it desired targets. According to nature bamboo class of fabrics, thepolyester filament’s joining resistance to fold sex was obviously improved and thefabrics just flexible also improved, feel hand better, and polyester filament didn’tmake the air permeability, moisture permeability and capillary effect of the fabrics’performance change.In order to more comprehensive and scientific evaluated the fabrics’ performance,this paper used fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method to analyze thesubject development of polyester/bamboo fiber combination yarn woven movementfabrics. The results showed that through the four organizations’ performance usedfuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method, polyester/nature bamboo crossand twist yarn performance was best. Polyester/bamboo pulp cross and twist yarnperformance was the second best, and nature bamboo thread and bamboo pulp threadperformance were bad.
