In this paper, the recycling and reusing technology of polyester materials both athome and abroad were reviewed. And the recycling technology of polyester bottleswas mainly discussed.Based on the analyzing on the research status in this field at home and abroad, it wasdiscussed detailly that establishing the production line of100000tons of recyclingpolyester fiber per year utilizing the recycling polyester bottles in Long Fu HuannengScience&technology co., LTD.By discussing on the development situation of polyesterfiber market at home and abroad and the facing opportunities and challenges on thedevelopment of polyester renewable fiber industry in China, it was proved that it wasfeasible that producing polyester filament yarn using recycling polyester bottles inChina. And then all kinds of favorable and unfavorable factors whose establishing theproduction line of100000tons of recycling polyester fiber per year utilizing therecycling polyester bottles in Long Fu Huanneng Science&technology co., LTD andtheir influence results on the upstream and downstream industry were all discussed indetail. The design scale of the production was puts forward finally.The production processing was then investigated based on the designed productionscale of this project. First of all, it were analyzed that the sources of the main rawmaterials, i.e., the waste polyester bottle chips, the quality controlling processing of thecleaning the waste polyester bottle chips and raw and auxiliary materials consumptionquota, etc.. Secondly, the equipment selection of each working procedure was putforward. And finally production technology and processes were primarily discussed,including polyester bottle cleaning, bottle of pills spinning technology and low stretchyarn spinning process, etc.Based on the above mentioned production process, the engineering technologyproposals of every technological process was further investigated, including theproduction of site planning design, transport and storage solutions, civil engineering,and water supply and drainage engineering, water, electricity and dampfheizung, airconditioning, refrigeration and other projects supporting scheme, etc.. The feasibilityof the production and auxiliary projects were provided.Finally, the energy consumption, energy saving and environmental protection wayswere put forward. And then all the the projects were established, including the production, engineering, technology, and subsequent security scheme.
