Molecula self-assembly technology(SAMs) is research how to modificate glass surfaceproformance by silane coupling agent KH550, meanwhile pretreatmentment experimentalconditions and self-assebly conditions were researched, which is to improve biologicalimmobilized ability for bovine serum protease.We have discussed the influence of pretreatment solution kinds, concentration and timeto contact angle of glass panel. We put some glass panels into different alkali solution, afterdetecting contact angle, we find that the contact angle of glass panel is minimum5°in NaOHsolution; Then glass panels be pretreated in NaOH solution which the concentration is from10%to25%, the contact angles decrease with the increase of solution concentration,and thecontact angle can reach minimus4°in NaOH solution which the concentration is25%; In thenext step, we processed glass panels from10min to150min in25%NaOH solution, throughcontrast contact angles, the contact angle are decrease with the increase of time, and thecontact angle can reach the minimum6°after processing30min.The paper have discussed that the two conditions of silane coupling agentconcentration and processing time on the influence of the assembly process. We put glasspanels which have pretreated in silane coupling agent(KH550) solution which theconcentration is from1%to15%. The contact angles are increase with the increase ofconcentration, then decreased, which is maximum74°in3%KH550solution; In the end,glass panels be processed from1min to120min in3%NaOH solution, we find that thechange rule of contact angle is the same with the rule of concentration, and the contact anglecan reach maximum72°after processing10min. The process of self-assembly can improvesurface characteristics of glass panel from hydrophilic to hydrophobic.We can further determine the influence of biological immobilized time to immobilizedeffect with bovine serum protease. Glass panels which have been pretreated andself-assemblied were processed in bovine serum protease solution from1h to4h. After testabsorbency, we find that fixed quantity of bovine serum protease is increase to0.08A whenthe immobilized time increase to3h. Finally, after contrast two IR spectrums of fixed biological molecules, one is bebiological immobilized on the glass panel, another is be biological immobilized afterpretreatment and self-assembly. We find that the fixed quantity of the latter have significantincreased than the former.The result explain that processes of pretreatment and self-assemblycan improve the fixed ability of biological molecules.
