In recent years, the typical multi-city regional air pollution characteristics, frequentoccurrence of haze, ozone, PM2.5monitoring indicators remain high, people living andworking environment has been seriously affected. VOCs as a prerequisite for photochemicalsmog and PM2.5matter of great contribution to atmospheric pollution. In this study, treatmentfacilities VOCs actual treatment effect of enterprise applications for the study, through thecorporate field research, treatment facilities for all types of applications in the enterprisesituation, the actual processing efficiency, and impact on issues such as VOCs compositionalcharacteristics carried out research and provide enterprise management, and give support forthe government,enterprise to choose treatment facilities better.Firstly, the study by focusing VOCs emission sources data collation and analysis,screening printing enterprises, wooden furniture manufacturers, paint manufacturers, metalsurface treatment business VOCs four key industrial emission sources as research enterprise.Analysis of survey results obtained, activated carbon treatment facilities VOCs emissionscontrol treatment facilities installed enterprise applications accounted for about60%;followed by the application of a solvent absorption method, accounting treatment facilitiesinstalled20%of enterprises; remaining catalytic combustion method, electrostatic disposalmethod, a plasma treatment measures purification method is seldom used. Therefore, thesefive selected treatment facilities for the study of governance efficiency.Secondly, according to the actual processing of various types of treatment facilitiesefficiency analysis showed that activated carbon treatment facilities management andmaintenance there is a big problem, it`s efficiency was-12.39%;the efficiency of aqueousabsorption was14.7%; the efficiency of diesel oil absorption was29.77%; Plasma purificationtreatment facilities is59.37%;Electrostatic disposal management facilities and catalyticcombustion activation management facilities were only1set of sample, the governanceefficiency of91.56%and61.64%respectively.Again, activated carbon adsorption had a good cut for most macromolecules with methylalkane and most macromolecules benzene series, and poor treatment effect for a few smallmolecular alkane and ketone relatively, but good treatment effect for ketone occasionally; Solution absorption method (water, diesel) for the selective absorption of VOCs species meetsimilar miscibility principle.Plasma treatment effect is better on alcohols such as ethanol andisopropanol;Electrostatic treatment for most alkanes has better treatment effect;Catalyticcombustion of styrene treatment effect is good.Finally, the assessment results of the experimental management facilities, There is notrecommended that a wide range of ues of activated carbon under the current supervisionpotency of industry emission; Under the premise of strengthening VOCs recycling processingefficiency and combined with other process, solution absorption method can be considerde touse;In comprehensive consideration of cost, efficiency, management condition, this threekinds of control measures can consider to use,Like plasma, electrostatic treatment, catalyticcombustion.
