The Research Of Operation Cost Control Of D Sewage Treatment Company

With the sustained and rapid development of China's economy and the increasing level of social urbanization,the problem of water shortage and pollution has greatly reduced the sustainability of society,economy and ecology.In order to lay a foundation for social economy and improve people's life quality,it is an effective and urgent solution to develop sewage treatment industry.However,many sewage treatment plants have not been able to achieve sound development at present,and the scale of capital consumed by operation is large,so the sustainability of the industry is relatively low.How to effectively reduce the operating cost has become an urgent problem in the sewage treatment industry.In this article,through the method of literature analysis,case analysis,quantitative analysis,on D sewage treatment company operation cost control is investigated and summarized,to reveal its cost control system and measures,in many ways in-depth cost of D sewage treatment company,on this basis,found from the control effect and analyzes the existing problems;Finally,the method of "target cost setting--Target cost decomposition--Difference analysis and cost control " was adopted to improve the target cost control system of D sewage treatment plant,and the optimization improvement approaches and Suggestions were given.Main research contents include:the D sewage treatment company actual operating conditions,the cost composition of,the perspectives of cost control effect of the analysis,found that the operation of the D sewage treatment company the current cost control some deficiencies,mainly in the personnel cost,production of electricity,water treatment chemicals costs and so on,unable to effectively control and operation cost is higher.To improve the target costcontrol system for the operation of D sewage treatment company,Suggestions are given to reduce the personnel allocation,reduce the consumption of electricity,reduce the consumption of water treatment chemicals and increase the water amount to reduce the operation cost and enhance the survival and development capacity of D sewage treatment company.
