In this thesis, the molded pulp salver of functionality and colored for fresh fruit isstudied, in order to conformance the development of society and make up the insufficiency ofthe molded pulp salver for fresh fruit in recent market. The main research contents include thedyeing property of cellulose meliorated with chitosan, the waterproof and regulating humidityproperty of molded pulp salver.In the study of dyeing property, artificial food colorant—bright blue, lemon yellow anderythrosine are selected to dye cellulose melioratived with chitosan. The results showed thatthe best meliorating condition is the dosage of chitosan5%owf, the meliorating temperature40℃and the meliorating time30min. The best dyeing conditions of the there colorant are asfollows: the temperature is90℃, the pH of dye bath is3.5and the dosage of colorant is0.6%owf for bright blue; the temperature is60℃, the pH of dye bath is3and the dosage ofcolorant is0.4%owf for lemon yellow; the temperature is90℃, the pH of dye bath is3.5andthe dosage of colorant is0.6%owf for erythrosine (bath ratio is1:50). The color even degreeof lodicule after dyed is well, and the chromatism is less than1.5. The haul intensity droppedslightly, and the ranges are all less than20%.In the study of waterproofness, HA-321is selected as waterproof and then the influenceof quantum and time for adding to waterproof effect is discussed. The results showed thatadding waterproof HA-321is good for improving the waterproof effect and dyeing effect oflodicule. When the quantum is5%owf and the time is10S, the waterproof effect and dyeingeffect will be well. At that time the sop degree is58.59g m-2and wet intensity is1.10kN m-1,the dyeing rate is85.12%and the depigmenting rate is0.46%.In the study of regulating humidity property, diatomite is selected as regulator and brownpaper is selected as material. The results showed that adding diatomite is good for regulatingthe humidity of surroundings in a higher range. It can slower water leaving to keep fruit fresh.In this thesis, technical process of functionality and colored for fresh fruit is designed. Inorder to advancing productivity and reducing cost, some constructive ideas are bring forward: more pools work by fits, meliorating and dyeing in atmospheric temperature. The study willoffer reference for manufacturing fresh fruit salver which has nice and firm color, goodwaterproof and some regulating humidity property.
