Lurgi process is thought to be one of the most widespread gasification tecnology.As a mature technology,it has many advantages,such as investment saving,high CH4concentration in the crude gas and so un.In order to further improve the gasification efficiency,reduce emission CO2,phenolic wastewater,According to the advantages of gasification agent containing CO2 in the coal gasification process,resrch the effect of gasification agent on pressurized gasification,and optimized the coal gasification process.In recent years,therefore,the research on different gasifying agents has much significance.In this thesis,Aspen Plus is used to simulate the coal pressurized gastificion process.According to the coal composition and equilibrium balance,the calculation of Poyrolysis gas yield and Char composition is given based on the kinetic model,simulated the pressurized gastification process.The simulation results are in good agreements with the experimental date.Based on the validated model,The Effect of crude gas concentration studied on different O2/Coal,Steam/Coal and gasification pressure.It shows that increased CO and H2+CO concentration in the crude gas,and increase steam decomposition rate with O2/Coal,and approroate steam concentration will be beneficial for process.Given the role of CO2 in coal gostification process,in this thesis used CO2+O2+Steam gasification agents simulated gasification process.Its not significant CH4 and CO in crude gas with the increase of CO2 concentration in gasifying agent.Introducing the high O2/Coal is beneficial for improving the gasifier temperature to increase the co concentration in the gas.The simulated results of 3#coal shows,When the gaotification pressure is 4MPa,the O2/Coal is 0.2557,the mass flow rate of coal is 73.2t/h,the volume flow rate of CO2 is 2600Nm3/h,the replacement ratio is 3.15 kg Steam/Nm3 CO2,CO increased by 2.60%and steam concentration saved by2.275kg/s.which reduced CO2 emission and waste water treatment system...
