Integrity management of united station is to identificate and evaluate the risk factorswhich is faced by the craft and equipment when the normal process of united station,andobtain complete information which can be combined with specialized management theorythrough monitoring,inspection and other means so that formulatethe corresponding risk controlmeasures. Constantly improve the management system and risk control measures based onestablishing database,so make the management more targeted and accurate,resulting incontinuing to reduce the risk level of the United Station in the scope of economic feasible,andmake the operation of the united station more safty and reliable.In this paper the management object is FanYi united station,through studing the crude oilproduction system,crude oil stabilization system,recovery water system,fire water supply anddrainage system,heating system and the personnel allocation of the FanYi united station，andcombine with various station integrity management technology,then,take the Risk-BasedInspection for the storage tank and thestatic equipment,take the Reliability CenteredMaintenance for the rotating equipment,take the Safety Integriy Level Assessment for theSafety Instrument System and take the Quantitative Risk Assessment for the technologicalprocess..In the management process, not fully apply the technology process,but take theappropriate method for interrelated technology,which combined with the actual situation of theFanYi united station.Ultimately,obtain the equipment failure type and maintenance strategy of the FanYiunited station,the safety integriy level of the Gathering and crude oil stabilization system, theIndividual risk and social risk of the united station.
