In a well site, a power system of electric drill consists of several diesel generators(DG) and a DG controller(DGC) is made up of a speed controller(SC) and a voltage controller(VC).At present,SC and VC are usually separated, which leads to difficulties of net communication,control optimization and power allocation.This paper provides a new integrated controller,which can instead separated SC and VC. It also has a bus communication function and a grid connecting function.TMS320F2812(from TI) is selected as DGC’s main chip.The photo electricity encoder and the quadrature encoder pulse circuit (QEP) are used to get the signals of speed and position.PT and CT are used to get the signals of voltage and current,which connect to a separated DAC. SC and VC make up a double-ring controller and PID controller is used.Grid connecting controller also use the voltage signals from PT and DAC.Software modularity is used when coding. As these controller are in the same chip,it is very easy to communicate with each other.
