Research On Application Of EAP In Daming Coal Mine

EAP (Employee Assistance Program) namely "employee assistance program" began toapplied to coal mining enterprises in recent years. By using the method of questionnaireinvestigation, psychological evaluation of TN group in Daming coal mine865employees wereinvestigated, results show the staff overall mental health status is not optimistic, there are6.7%employees have suicide idea. Using EAP method, help them form healthy psychology. Contentsinclude the individual psychological problems of the staff to carry out individual psychologicalconsultation; on the tested groups were developing group psychological counseling,psychological health knowledge propaganda for the mine;6psychotherapists conducted apsychiatric interview practice skills training activities. In the end, the application of SCL-90scale and self-designed EAP effect questionnaire measured group for psychological assessment,income data results with the first evaluation data were analyzed, it was found, the overall level ofstaff psychological health significantly improved significant.
