The coal industry is the pillar industry in China, in recent years, our country takes a series of measures from the rule of law, institutions, mechanisms and investment with the rapid growth of the national economy, these continue to strengthen constantly the work of safety production, and to improve condition of safety production.Process of human activity is always in a variety of complex man-machine-environment system, in such a system, human activity plays a dominant role; but it is also the most difficult to control and weak link. According to the statistics of industrial accidents,70%to90%of the accidents are related to human factor. Therefore, It is necessary to explore and pay attention to psychological factors in the mine safety accidents, this paper has chosen to match the psychological factors from the three posts of mine safety, it takes appropriate psychological intervention to the-job staff by researching on match between employees’ psychological characteristics and safe behavior performance, and is used to reduce risk of accidents due to human factors.This article selects mine safety officer, safety supervision staff and tile inspector, three positions are closely related to mine safety, it conducts a sample survey to three positions a coal mine, and use approach of security psychological evaluation to discuss psychological quality of three post personnel, it is first to take competence theory into the mine safety psychological science, and expand psychological research of man-post match. On the basis of domestic and foreign literature, this paper deals with the scale of sample using the psychology measurement method, using16-PF, SCL-90and pressure way in order to study requirements of three positions psychological quality.This paper conduces to research on sampling investigation of three jobs employees, and analyzes job by psychological measurement, proposes standards of job quality, and put forward recommendations and should take measures for mine daily production, provide new thinking and new methods for Coal mining enterprises.
