In recent years, with the development of information and management technology, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the informationization management. Most coal enterprises which have poor scientific management basic condition and weak awareness of informationization use extensive operation mode. To change this situation, informationization management become the best choice for coal enterprise to realize the change from extensive management to detailed one.This thesis made spot investigation of one coal company in FuXin, collected their bills, accounts, reports and other related data, mastered their business process, and finally a management system integrated with sales contract, production management, safety supervision, equipment management, materials procurement and query statistics for this coal company is developed according to their needs. This thesis also helped this company make depth understanding of the root causes of the inclined shaft transportation car accident happened in coal production using fuzzy fault tree theory. This paper mainly consists of the following parts:This thesis introduced business process of this coal company,on basis of making business flow chart and data flow chart after analysis of their business needs, coal production process integrated management system, system structure diagram and data table relationship diagram were designed. The system whole framework was three-layer architecture in B/S mode. Software development platform was Microsoft Visual Studio2008.Data platform was Microsoft SQL Server2005.The key technology and development logic of important module using in system development process were also made detailed description.Finally, this thesis analyzed fuzziness problem of fault tree bottom event occurred probability using fuzzy fault tree method and got top event fuzzy probability in condition that the bottom event has fuzziness as well as basic event fuzzy importance to the system.
