The coal industry has played a significant role in China’s economic development,but the well gas explosion, roof seepage collapse and other accidents is a serious threatto the personal safety of underground worker. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety ofunderground worker, a fast, efficient, accurate, real-time monitoring of downholeparameters and underground staff mobile positioning has become an urgent need.This subject, According to the coal mine work environment of CH4,CO,temperature, smoke, dust data monitoring and underground staff mobile positioning,integrated wireless communication technology, network technology, databasetechnology, research and development a real-time dynamic monitoring of theunderground environment hardware and software systems based on ZigBee Wirelesssensor network (WSN). System based ZigBee wireless sensor networks, using threelogical nodes into the network to realize the monitoring data acquisition and datatransmission of the down hole; the localization method based on RSSI is chosed for thesystem. then using the algorithm to realize the access of underground staff mobilepositioning coordinates; using C#.NET development platform, constructed andimplemented host real-time dynamic monitoring system based on the WEB, achievedreal-time monitoring of dynamic monitoring data, limit alarm, dynamic analysis, datamanagement and statistical analysis; and also realize the real-time supervision of theunderground staff’ moving direction and trajectory management functions etc.The system, on the basis of the real-time monitoring mobile location with the staffand data of the underground environment, can timely warning of dangerous conditionsand prompts supervision and management to make timely response to thedecision-making, in order to avoid the occurrence of casualties. The ZigBee technologyand research and development of the upper monitoring systems based on WEB, makingthe system on the basis of low-power, low-cost, the freedom of networking to facilitatethe maintenance in the latter.
