| With the development of the frontier technologies, such as aviation and defense science and technology, the demand of bending pipe and the precision of its’inner surface was higher and higher. As the connecting parts, the accuracy of elbows’ inner hole is very important.This paper studied and researched the present processing method of curved hole seriously and did a higher summary. The paper put forward an ease of use, high machining efficiency mechanical cutting method in the view of cutting-edge technologies’ pressing needs of the high-precision elbow. Paper provided the hypothetical design and theoretical argument of the core parts of the method. Finally, we did the dynamic simulation on the basis of the virtual simulation.The problems in the course of the research were presented one by one in the prospect section of paper. The research of this paper could provide reference for the processing of90degree arc curved hole in the future. |
