Research On Ecological Security Of High-efficiency Ecological Economic Zone In Yellow River Delta

Ecological environment is a basic space for human subsistence and development. Itssecurity is directly related to regional social sustainable development. With the rapiddevelopment of economy, the contradictions between environmental protection and economicdevelopment have become increasingly acute, and the various ecological environmentproblems emerged, which is a serious threat to the ecological security. Especially afterentering the21st century, our country’s ecological security situation is very serious. Therefore,deepening the research on ecological safety, construction of national regional ecologicalsecurity system has become our country social economy sustainable development andnational security priority.The Yellow River delta is the portal area in shandong province to expand developmentspace and to maintain sustained, rapid and sound development of, its development andconstruction has been widespread attention and support. In2009, the State Council formallyapproved "the Development Plan for High-efficiency Ecological Economic Zone in YellowRiver Delta ", and advanced this agenda to the level of national strategy. In order to ensure thesustainable development of the High-efficiency Ecological Economic Zone in Yellow RiverDelta, we must pay more attention to ecological security problems in the process of itsdevelopment.In this dissertation, the current situation of ecological environment of High-efficiencyEcological Economic Zone in Yellow River Delta was analyzed by collecting the statisticdatum. The analysis included water resource situation, land situation, vegetation situation,wetland situation, biological resources, environment pollution situation and ecologicaldisaster situation. In order to build the ecological security assessment system ofHigh-efficiency Ecological Economic Zone in Yellow River Delta.Based on the analysis of regional resource and environment, compared with the indicatorsystems of ecological security assessment at home and abroad, the ecological security assessment index system of High-efficiency Ecological Economic Zone in Yellow RiverDelta was established by pressure-state-response model, which consists of population density,natural population growth rate, PHGO, per capita GDP, Per capita water resources，forestcoverage rate, urbanization level, intensity of fertilizer, pesticides strength, afforestation areaper capita, urban sewage concentrated rate and the third industry of GDP. Then according tothe entropy weight method to determine the weight of each index, and calculate and analyzethe ecological security index of the study area by the comprehensive index method from2004to2012, drawing the following conclusions., Weight of ecosystem pressure is highest and theweight of ecosystem response is lowest of the ecological security evaluation index system inthe High-efficiency Ecological Economic Zone in Yellow River Delta. From2004to2012,the overall ecological security composite index has been a steady rise in the High-efficiencyEcological Economic Zone in Yellow River Delta, and the growth trend is obvious in2007to2009. The whole region is in a state of criticality safety in the current in addition to thedongying. The ecological security index of Dongying city is the highest, and composed byLaoling and Qingyun of Dezhou city and gaoqing of Zibo city is the lowest. State subsystemis hysteretic to response to response subsystem.From the above research results, the ecological security was basically criticality safety ofthe High-efficiency Ecological Economic Zone in Yellow River Delta in the current, which isstill need to strengthen the management of ecological security. So ecological securitymeasures are put forward such as improving the ecological safety awareness, buildingefficient ecological industrial system, utilizing natural resources reasonably, strengthening themanagement of scientific planning and ecological security legal system, establishingecological security early warning and protection system, strengthening the protectionmanagement of environmental sensitive area.
