Study Of Industry Development And Environmental Effect Of Weifang From The Yellow River Delta High-efficiency Eco-economic Zone And The Blue Economic Zone Construction

The Yellow River delta and the Shandong Peninsula have been developed and constructed orderly under the long-term when the "Development Planning of the Yellow River Delta High-efficiency Eco-economic Zone" and the "Development Planning of Shandong Peninsula Blue Eco-economic Zone" were approved. They can not only provide rapidly economic development opportunities, but also challenges for the sustainable development of economic and friendly-environment.Weifang is located in the blue and yellow area, and has their respective geographical conditions and resources advantages with sustainable economic growth. The advantage industries and characteristic industries in the yellow and blue area were integrated maximumly and builded up to industry cluster areas. Those cluster areas aimed to form a new pattern of industrial development, which will be characterized by sharing resources, regional complementary and industrial symbiosis with the integrative development of economy, community and ecological environmental protection. This city has many different industrial levels and heavy industry taking the lead, which led to an unbalanced development, and the pollution of ecological environment limiting the rhythm of the sound and rapid economic development.This paper investigated the effect and analysis of economic development in yellow and blue area under the new pattern on the city’s industrial structure and ecological environment by theoretical and empirical analysis, using literature analysis and the induction method, field investigation as well as the analysis of the dialectical method. It aimed at making a analysis about the existing structure and mode of the environmental impact on industrial development, rational distribution of various advantages and weakening the insufficiency. Its target was to enhance regional competitiveness and comprehensive strength.This paper provided theory references and recommendations for industrial structure optimization, and the feasibility for maximum benefits of economically environmental protection and integration development of blue and yellow area’s economy. Moreover, it also provided theory and motivation support for accelerating the construction of Weifang characteristic industrial parks during the "Twelfth five-year" period, and contributing to integration development for the blue and yellow areas.
