Evaluation Of The Effects Between The Industrial Structure And Ecological Environment Of Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone

Currently, the relationship between economic development and ecologicalenvironment has been a central issue in ecology, geography and other areas, theeconomic development will bring some pressure and influences on theenvironment,and this influence mainly reflected in the ecological environmentaleffects caused by different types of industrial structure,so the industrial structure is themain way that human acting on the ecological environment,there is a directrelationship between its type,the proportion of each other and the types,quantities ofthe emissions of pollutant,the ecological environmental effects caused by differenttypes of industrial structure is different.Therefore,the ecological environmental effectscaused by industrial structure is an important issue that related to the ability of aregion to achieve sustainable development,the analysis of industrial structureevolution acting on environmental quality,resource exploitation and ecosystem hasvert important significance.The paper selects Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone as anexample,which has been approved by the State Council and has rose to theimplementation of the national strategy,to analyze the relationship between theindustrial structure and ecological environment.The region has fragile ecologicalenvironment,and its secondary industry accounted for a large proportion,so it brings agreater impact on the ecological environment,there is a great significance in achievingthe region’s “efficient”and “ecological”through evaluating ecological environmentaleffects that caused by industrial structure to guide its optimization of industrialstructure.The main contents of this paper are:1、Describes the basic situation of the Yellow River Delta Efficient EcologicalEconomic Zone,analyzed that there are three industrial transformation since1978andthe regional difference of industrial structure.2、The analysis is major in two sides:the effects of industrial structure caused bythe ecological environment,the ecological environmental effects caused by industrial structure.In the former evaluation,the main analysis is the abundant natural resourcesin the region how to affect the different types of the industrial structure.3、In the latter evaluation is divided into three parts:industrial structure acting onenvironmental quality,resource exploitation and ecosystem. First,the analysis ofindustrial structure acting on environmental quality is divided into two steps,firststep,use the data of the Statistical Yearbook1991-2011of the city in thisregion,combined qualitative analysis with the canonical correlation analysis,analyzedthe ecological-environmental effects of three industries,the result shows that theprimary industry brings solid environmental pollution,secondary industry has a greatenvironmental impact on atmospheric environment,water environment and solidenvironment,the development of tertiary industry brings less pollution to theenvironment.The second step, use co-integration test and statistical data,analyzed theeffects of environmental quality caused by industrial structure evolution.It shows thatthe effects on environmental quality caused by different types of industrial structure isdifferent,and it’s the further proof for canonical correlation analysis.Then,through thequalitative analysis of the problems that brought by petrochemical industry,landdevelopment and water resources development to demonstrate the influence ofresource exploitation caused by industrial structure.At last,by analyzing the stabilityof ecosystems and the industrial safety that it can bear,the impact on ecosystemscaused by the wetland change and the development of tourism resources,todemonstrate the effects of the ecosystems caused by industrial structure.4、On the basis of the empirical analysis,the paper proposed the ideas tooptimize the development and policy support to coordinate the industrial structure andecological environment.
