The finished fabric after sanding have short and even hair, soft and comfortable, and the clothing made of such fabric wearing comfortable and have good warm-keeping performance, so, in recent years , the sanding products are welcomed by many consumers at home and abroad. Now, with high-end bed sheets, quilt as the representative of the textile products are also widely used technology for finishing sanding, the market of sanding and finishing equipment demand. At present, sanding and finishing equipment technology has made considerable progress over 10 years, but the two key technologies - wear-resistant steel grit sanding stick production and multi-axis synchronous drive constant tension control technology on fabric is still in the exploration and research stage, high-end finishing equipment sanding rely mainly on imports, and the price is expensive, which severely restricted the development of the industry. Therefore, this paper in-depth researched synchronize multi-axis drive constant tension control as the core of the sanding finishing machine control technology, it's of great practical significance and wide application prospects to research and development a control system, in which lead fabric tension sub-set, relatively constant and range adjustable, the control together of sanding and guide.In this paper, a multi-axis synchronous drive control technology of the sanding finishing machine was researched, the key study on the multi-axis synchronous drive guided closed-loop control of fabric tension, sanding and guided control of fabric together, and the control system research and development of finishing machine was discussed, in which PLC control technology was applied. In this paper, design of the control system hardware circuit design, software development and design of multi-axis synchronous drive tension control system were studied, including the following.First of all, this paper conducted a brief description on sanding machine type, operating principle and control technology at home and abroad sanding machine, compared to explain several of constant tension control techniques commonly used on the sanding machine. Comprehensive consideration on functional requirements and performance requirements for constant tension control of multi-axis synchronous drive control system of sanding finishing machines, the overall program control system was designed. On the hardware design, two sets of OMRON CP1H PLC were used to be core unit of the sanding machine control system, Sanding device adopts frequency conversion motor control, and guide fabric installations adopts AC servo motor-driven, closed-loop tension control, the structures of control system hardware platform were elaborated.Secondly, this general scheme conducted in-depth set in software development under the control systems. The overall framework design idea of multi-tasking software based on PLC function block was proposed, and in accordance with the timeliness requirements to individual control tasks of the system, a reasonable division of tasks. Mainly constant tension servo control procedures, frequency control procedures, as well as the development of alarm system procedures were carried out in more detail. In addition, according the operating requirements of sanding machine control system, this article described the man-machine interface design based on graphic culture.Finally, constant tension control technology for multi-axis drive was in-depth studied. The constant tension control theory was analyzed, in the light of several traditional methods of tension control on the sanding machine deficiencies, this article proposed a multi-axis simultaneous transmission constant tension control program, in-depth discussion of the implementation of the self-adaptive PID control algorithm for constant tension control in the sanding machine. And this control technology was run and debugged in ME776ASF type sanding machine. The Type results show that the fuzzy self-adaptive PID control algorithm is feasible, and better than the conventional PID controller in the control characteristics of tension control system.The control system of research and development sanding finishing machine was test run in modified products of ME776ASF type sanding machine, and past through the product's shape test, achieved a low-volume production, the tension control performance achieved the desired objectives. The research of the control technology of multi-axis synchronous transmission finishing sanding machine is of great significance in improving the sanding quality and the sanding machine performance, in further enhancing the sanding and finishing equipment technology, in promoting the development of the textile finishing industry.
