With the development of the fermentation industry in China, the fermentation tank becomes more and more large, mechanical. A large proportion of the energy consumption is mechanical mixing energy consumption during the fermentation process. So how to improve the ventilation mixing equipment to improve the gas-liquid contact area and the liquid-solid mixing performance, minimize the power consumed by the mechanical agitation and aeration process, which has a special significance for the fermentation industry. Reverse tornadoes straight rotary jet mixing model which bases of the turbine mixing machine, a crosscurrent agitator, runoff agitator and combined-type agitator through the argumentation and simulation develops a novel mixing model.The "reverse tornadoes straight rotary jet mixing model" was submitted after the research about ventilation and stirring. Through a preliminary study, this mixing model which can have a good energy saving effect can be used in combination by injection and mixing.In addition, the reverse tornadoes straight rotary jet stirrer also has the advantage of mechanical stirring:to increase the contact area and contact time through the form of microscopic bubbles distribute in the fermentation broth; it enables the liquid as the swirling motion, to extend the movement of the bubble routes, this also increases the gas-liquid contact time; besides stirring makes the fermentation broth by turbulent motion, reduces the liquid film resistance. This improves the rate of dissolved oxygen in the medium.Reverse tornadoes straight rotary jet stirrer bases the air jet way, uses air distribution unit intake form, puts forward the double jet inlet model, i.e. the injector inlet place is composed of straight streams and concentric annular rotary jet. The flow pattern of the liquid flows in Long rotary manner, the periphery and center liquid rise or fall in opposite directions flow, which forms a laminar flow and a partial turbulent manner. This thesis measures the changes of the dissolved oxygen through changing analog fermentation liquid single factor conditions, so elected in the range of the conventional fermentation pH (3.0-8.0), the scope of the tank pressure (0-0.5Mpa), viscosity (0-2pa.s), the scope of the range of sugar concentration (2%-200%), the range of the nitrogen concentration (0.5%-5%), different salts (0.5%-2%), carbon dioxide concentration and nitrogen concentration conditions the solubility of dissolved oxygen in the fermentation liquid.
