Abstract/Summary:
Fructose, as a new source of sugar, is currently the sweetest and health nature sweetener, with good manufacture ability and special metabolic characters were widely used in many industrial fields. The crystallization fructose hasn’t been launched industrially in China because due to technology limitation and confidentiality and monopoly of foreign technology until Xi Wang Group co. Ltd developed the crystallization fructose industrialization independent and brought it to market successfully.Firstly, the production process of crystallization fructose prepared from corn starch is introduce in this article, including starch saccharification, membrane filtration, continuous demineralization by ion exchange, isomerism, continuous chromatographically separating, crystallization. The key effluent factors were studied and result shows that35%-36%wt as optimum content of starch for saccharification,60℃as optimum temperature for saccharification,60mL/min as optimum flush flow for continuous chromatographically separating,65℃as optimum crystallization temperature and72hours as duration for crystallization. The crystallization fructose with purity of99.3%is achieved in lab.Secondly, the process technology character and parameter for crystallization fructose prepared form glucose mother liquid Xi Wang Group co. Ltd is discussed. The key factor for XiWang to bring it to market successfully and the main application flied is analyzed in this article.Finally, waste water and the rare knowledge as the main reason to restrict the development of the crystallization fructose is pointed out in this article.
