At present, anchor bolt has become the main form of support in coal mine roadway,but there are much,such as anchor design parameters are too conservative、not meetcomplicated and ever-changing geological conditions,and so on. In this paper, theoretical analysis, computer simulation, laboratory research, field test and other researchmethods are used, combined with practical field, system study in coal roadway roofstability theoretical basis、the impact factors、classify forecast the roof stability, thepertinence bolt support design methodology. Three parameters, hard rock from the roofin the distance, the stability span of hard rock and roadway span as indicators of roofstability classification, use already developed predict roof classification software topredict classified roof, accord the extent of roof stability to divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳclass and different types of roof support of the design parameters in different ways. Inthis paper, Daliuta coal mining for the trial, pertinence design support parameters basedon the roadway roof classification, through numerical simulation and field groundpressure observation method, test the effect of support. Good result was achieved.
