As a indispensable part of food processing industry, the fundamental theory, processingtechnology and production equipment of oil production by Screw-press process is developingand improving constantly with the rapidly developing of food processing industry.At present,the theoretical study and the design of the ratio also remain the stage of empirical design andcopying as well as the fundamental theory of the producing oil by expeller. Most of thedesign are based on the summary of the past design experience and the foreign advancedexpeller. As a result, the design by these not only lacks related theoretical foundation, but alsois short of design which is suitable for our own situation of the oil seed. Moreover, with thearising of the various food safety problems in our daily lives, especially the safety problemsof edible fat and oil,more and more attention are paid on the safety, nutrition and economy ofthe edible fat and oil. So,study of the fundamental theory and the production equipment ofgetting oil by Screw-press process is necessary.Based on the existing expeller, the article utilizes the modern design theory and methodto study the calculating method of free volume in the squeezing chamber, basic mathematicalmodel of the ratio and pressing screw and has mainly ifnished the following contents:(1)Recordingto the structural styles of the existing expeller, summarizing the calculatingmethods of the different squeezing chambers, then getting its interface of rapid calculation inthe base of Microsoft Visual Basic6.0;(2)Recordingto the ratio of the existing expeller, its simulation model and empiricalmodel,getting the basic mathematical model of the ratio of expeller;(3)Recordingto the FEA of SolidWorks Simulation, doing the ifnite element analysis onthe pressing screw of one expeller and the pressing screw with different cross-section shapes.It can not only get the stress distribution and the maximum stress of the whole pressing screw,but can also get the stress distribution and the maximum stress of the pressing screw withdifferent cross-section shapes under the maximum press and the ideal friction.Above all, The research lays a foundation to the establish of the accurate model of the ratio and the design of the pressing screw. It also has important reference value and practicalsignificance for the basic theory and the production equipment of getting oil by Screw-pressprocess...
