Study On Content And Migration Of Paes In Some Of Food And Plastic Supplies

This paper selected six kinds of PAEs（DMP、DEP、DPP、DBP、DAP、BBP）which are common and widely use, studied by gas chromatography and flameionization detector, after large number of experiments such as column select,temperature of injection and flow rate, acquire optimum operating condition of PAEs.The ranges of linearity, corrections coefficient and the detection limit also have beendetermined.The thesis established the method that extracts PAEs from beverages byliquid-liquid extraction. The results showed that the average recoveries of PAEs arebetween92.9%～104.4%, the RSD are from2.2%to4.1%. It showed that the methodis credible.By choosing appropriate extraction, the thesis established the method thatextracts PAEs from nail polish. The results show that the average recoveries of PAEsare between91.4%～98.4%, the RSD are between1.7%～4.6%. Test six kinds of nailpolish, the results showed that these nail polishes all have PAEs.Soaking the toys by saliva, the thesis set up the measuring method of migrationquantity of PAEs extracted from toys. The results show that the average recoveries ofPAEs are between89.7%～102.1%, the RSD are from2.2%to4.4%. It showed thatthe migration quantity of PAEs increase over time.Using four types of simulant foods, the thesis set up the measuring method ofmigration quantity of PAEs extracted from plastic packing bag in differenttemperature and time. And discussed the rule of migration quantity of PAEs frompreservative film and freshness protection package. The results showed that specialmigration of phthalate esters were arranged in the following order：isooctane，10%ethanol，3%acetic acid and water.PAEs were widely used in the plastic products. Contacting or inhaling amount ofPAEs will cause great harm to human. The paper studied on PAEs from daily suppliesin order to help people understand how to reduce PAEs intake.
