With the rapid development of economy and the continuous updating and iteration of intelligent equipment,the modernization level of China’s cotton textile industry is also constantly improving.Relying on the intelligent equipment of modern textile industry,this paper introduces the concept of modular design and ergonomics in the existing product design,obtains product information and data through literature review,questionnaire survey and field visit,combs the obtained second-hand data and firsthand data,transforms the needs,and obtains the design points.After the modular design and division of the doffing machine with the function of bobbin identification,the module classification is carried out according to the function,and the construction and design analysis of the modular system are carried out.At the same time,the doffing machine with the function of bobbin identification is analyzed on the basis of user needs and combined with the ergonomics design theory,and the design strategy is obtained.Combine the design strategy to complete the scheme design and evaluation of the design concept.This topic integrates the industrial design method and image processing and recognition technology into the traditional modular design of spinning machinery,puts forward the theoretical basis of modular design and ergonomics,and discusses the design strategy of textile industrial equipment.
