China's textile industry has been inherited for more than thousands of years,the development so far,In order to achieve a leap in efficiency and quality,automation is the general trend of textile enterprises,Nowadays,the use of automatic yarn drop machine is more and more,but there are still many problems,such as instability of falling yarn,low efficiency and high cost.The existence of the embedding force between t the bobbin and the spindle reduces the reliability of the falling yarn,and the high power consumption further increases the production cost.Aiming at the influence of the embedding force between the yarn tube and the ingot rod on the falling yarn of the spinning machine,in this paper,a kind of automatic yarn drop machine with spin-rubbing pre-loosening function is designed,which uses parallelogram mechanism to simulate the spin-rubbing action of hand fingers to realize the pre-loosening function,which is a kind of device which integrates pre-loosening and falling yarn,and can automatically complete 4 yarn-filled yarns at the same time.The drop yarn period is 1.5s and is suitable for the machine with a ingot distance of 70 mm.Based on the analysis and summary of the current research and development of automatic yarn drop machine at home and abroad,the principle scheme design and structure design of a new type of automatic yarn drop machine with spin-rubbing pre-loosening function are carried out firstly.Secondly,the three-dimensional modeling of the automatic yarn drop machine is carried out by Solidworks,and then the dynamic simulation analysis is carried out in ADAMS.the results show that the main driving force is reduced by 52.2%,the power consumption is greatly reduced,the production and manufacturing cost is decreased,and the yarn drop efficiency is also improved.Furthermore,the ANSYS Workbench module is used to optimize the parameters and lightweight design of the main components of the falling yarn machine.Each component has a considerable optimization effect while meeting the working requirements,and the quality of the upper guide shaft and the frame are reduced by 11.17% and 25.63% respectively.In order to avoid the resonance of the frame caused by the motor drive,the modal analysis of the frame is carried out,the analysis results show that there will be no resonance phenomenon in the work,and finally,the pneumatic control system of the new automatic yarn drop machine with the function of rotary rubbing type is designed,and the control programming is carried out by PLC of programmable controller.
