Sports bra is one of the functional underwear that directly with the humanskincontact, the size ofpressure and the structur’s reasonable will be affect thehuman comfortdirectly, so the sports bra design should tend to humanity. Because theamount ofsweat movement of the body and severe degree is much higher than the normalstate, therefore the ordinary bra can not meet the requirements of function of the sports brawhile you in motion...In order to make the sports can protect bra breast,absorbentbreathable protection, comfort,function and does not interfere with the exercise, itmust to research frommulti angle breast shape, body movement, fabric, clothingstructure etc.In this paper, we will from the oerspective of the physiological characteristics of breast,morphological features, breast movement, the bra fabrics and styles of angles etc, todesigncan a bra that not only can protect the breast, but also comfortable to wear, movefrelly. According to the participants subjective feeling fromgood to bad sort generally comply with the laws of parameters.Test wearing kinds of clothing movement at different rates, analysis of displacementbased on the marker point curve and amplitude mean can get three conclusions. A, with therate increasing, the mark point displacement wave increase. In addition to change milk cupside line length, the displacement curve to follow certain rules; B, Point to point about milksternal displacement and milk cup straight long amplitude mean can evaluate the sports braon breast movement process; C, participants wore different samples at three different rateswhen motion, control the degree of breast bra from good to poor sorting uniform kind, aresample G> sample E> sample C> sample A>sample B> sample D> sample F.Comprehensive evaluation results of subjective and objective appearanceand bra ultimatelyconcluded that the best sports bra sample are sample A,sample B, sample E.
