Abstract:China is a big country of the world in mineral resources,the reserves is ranking third in the world.Due to historical reasons and the problem of reality, the mine disasters occurfrequently, they threat to mine safety and social harmonyseriously. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of mine safety management level, the establishment of safety hedge six systems becomes an important technical means to reduce accidents and to ensure safe production.First of all,the application background of safety hedge six systems was analyzed deeply,on the basis ofresponding to the national policy, the technical conditions of six systems for mine to establish was studied. The technical constitution and application conditions of each subsystem in safety hedge six systems were theoretically analyzed.According to thetechnical constitution of each subsystem, the key technologies and equipmentconstitutions to achieve subsystem features were studied. The theoretical basis for mine to establishsafety hedge six systems was established.Secondly, the geological conditions was surveyed on mine site, on the base of actual production status of the mine, the feasibility ofestablishing security hedge six systems for the mine was studied.Combined with mine actual condition, each subsystem in safety hedge six systems was designed carefully, the equipmentfeasible in technology and reasonable in economy was selected, the equipment was installed according to the relevant provisions of the State to ensure the six systemscomply with the relevant technical specifications.Afterwards, the effect of the implementation of the six systems was comprehensive analyzed, a full effectiveness index system of six system was established, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was introduced in risk assessment, the index system was comprehensivelyEvaluated based on membership.Through the theory research and establishment in practice on security hedge six systems, the feasibility and implementation effect of six systems in the mines were analyzed, the establishment of six systems not only improving mine safety management level,but also improving the working conditions and economic efficiency.
