To achieve success on the market, companies must depend on themselves. They should make the most of up-to-date information technology, develop various information resource, improve management and enhance technical creativity. Only in this way can they reach the the target of reducing producing cost, enlarging market share, as well as prompting competitive ability. As chemical industry of domestic economy, it is necessary to adopt CIPS (Contemporary Integreted Process System) in this area.Phenomena, which are called"Operational Information Island"and"Automatic Information Island"respectively, exist commonly in the flow enterprise. Jin-Shi Chemical Corporation is a typical flow enterprise. The nonstandard management and the complexity of the chemical flow manufacture control system decide that realizing integration and application of enterprise information should adopt integrated automatization system. The status quo of chemical industrial and the content of CIPS decide that it is feasible that CIPS could be applied in this area. With the deep research of flow enterprise and rapid development of computer network technology, security problem of CIPS appeared recently. The dissertation focuses on the security strategy of chemical enterprises. Both on the hardware of basic network facility and on the software system, a security mechanism is applied to make sure that the user only can acquires information what is exactly opened for him, and ensure the safety and the reliability of the information in CIPS. Especially, for the DCS system locating in the bottom of the CIPS, its security is of great importance. Through illustrating the reform of production technology, the dissertation attempts to provide the system security solution at the process control level. Finally, after summarized the dissertation, discussions on the further research and development for CIPS is presented.
