| At present the surface water quality of automatic monitoring has been applied to thework that is Hebei province crossover section water quality assessment of ecologicalcompensation. As the assessment project, the accuracy of the automatic monitoring data isthe technical basis of environmental decision.This article mainly makes example of chemical oxygen demand (COD) routinesurveillance factor, analyzes the facts which influence the hash COD max and shiatsuTOC-4100’s the accuracy of automatic monitoring instrument, researches the qualitytechnology on the automatic monitoring data. For hash CODmax on-line automaticmonitoring instrument, this paper according to the actual sample comparison experimentsin the design of the specific requirements of CODmax automatic monitoring instrumentand standard laboratory methods for automatic monitoring data of COD in Hebei Province,and comparative analysis of experimental data, founding that there is excessive differencebetween two kinds of monitoring data comparison results. Research and Analysis on thisphenomenon, that determination of sample collection inconsistency is one of the mainfactors leading to this problem.Therefore, to guarantee the consistency of comparisonsamples this paper proposes the improvement program to install automatic sampler, andthe experimental results proved that improve water sampling method comparisonexperiment scheme--the installation of automatic sampler, can effectively guarantee theuniform water to improve the consistency and validity of the ratio of COD automaticmonitoring data and standard laboratory methods. For shiatsu TOC-4100instrument,through the impact on shiatsu TOC-4100instrument analysis and experiment this papershowed that inorganic carbon(IC) in water IC will determine the result of TOC and affectthe accuracy of the measured results. Aiming at this practical phenomenon, shiatsuTOC-4100instruments are adjusted through experimental verification of the acid andventilation time to the appropriate range can effectively eliminate the interference to theremoval of inorganic carbon.Because the removal of the inorganic carbon determinationhas an effect on results of TOC, so it can improve the accuracy of TOC automaticmonitoring data.The design of study will able to provide a meaningful reference for the surface waterautomatic monitoring system, and the effective control technology research of the other automatic monitoring instrument data. |
